  • Boards, rules, presets created by users
  • Published boards and metadata
  • Timestamps and activity data

  • IP address (short-term, anonymized where possible)
  • Browser and device information
  • Session identifiers

4. Authentication

Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

5. Cookies & Analytics

We use:

  • Essential cookies: (authentication, preferences)
  • Vercel Analytics: (website performance and usage analytics)
  • Microsoft Clarity: (session recording and heatmaps to understand user behavior; recordings may capture clicks, scrolls, and page interactions)
  • Advertising: We use Google Ads for advertising purposes. Google Ads may use cookies or similar technologies to display ads. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on user consent. No advertising cookies are set without explicit consent.

Consent is stored both in a cookie and in our database.

6. Emails

Transactional emails (e.g. verification, password reset) are sent via Resend.

Marketing emails may be sent only if explicitly enabled by the user and can be disabled at any time in account settings.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), who acts as our Merchant of Record.

  • Payment information (processed directly by Lemon Squeezy)
  • Subscription status

Data Controller Status

For payment processing, Lemon Squeezy acts as an independent data controller, not a processor. They collect and process payment data according to their own privacy policy.

8. Data Retention

  • Account data is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
  • No backups retain personal data beyond deletion.
